Andy Thomas is an experienced leader and key member of the Active Digital team, helping drive the company forward across all areas of the business. Having been with Active Digital for more than 15 years, Andy has played an important role in supporting the company’s growth, culture and continued evolution.

As Assistant Director to the company owners, Andy works closely with the leadership team to shape strategy, business growth and develop people. He is passionate about helping the team reach their potential while building a high-performing, forward-thinking organisation.

Andy is particularly passionate about growing the innovation side of the business, including Active Digital AI, helping shape the future of work through smarter technology and solutions that support our customers.

Known for his collaborative approach, Andy’s door is always open to support the team. Andy brings valuable experience and a strong understanding of what makes successful teams thrive. Outside of work, Andy enjoys keeping active through a variety of sports, including golf and football. He also values spending quality time with his family and friends.
