We went Go Karting!
There appears to be a few Lewis Hamiltons in the team!
In November we had a wellbeing afternoon of Go Karting and BBQ’s (yes in November!) at Buckmore Park, Chatham.
It was freezing cold but that didn’t seem to make a dent in the fun that we all had. Team Active Digital are all rather competitive, resulting in a few penalties and a demotion to 4th place for some (Calvin and Alfie!!) Richard Groves came in 2nd with 33 laps and was pipped to the post by Dan who completed 34 laps with the best time of 52.985 seconds!
We all paired up with another team member and we saw Alex and Dan come 3rd, Victoria and Richard 2nd and Tom and Ben 1st! Well done everyone.
If you’re a regular to the newsletter you would have seen we went to Go Ape a few months back as we mentioned how important it is to have a break from the office. It gives the team time to take a step back and relax. Although going full throttle around the race course doesn’t sound to relaxing but certainly cleared the head and gave us focus on something a little different!
Wellbeing is something we monitor in the office using our dedicated wellbeing questions on the hub. Speak to the your Account Manager today, about having a zoom call to discuss the benefits this app could bring to your business.
LEVC’s Electric Taxi
Keep an eye out for Active Digital appearing on a select few of LEVC’s Electric Taxi’s.
We have partnered with our customer to brand their electric taxi’s with our logo, how exciting! If you have ever been in the back of one of their taxi’s and connected to the Wi-Fi, then that is because we have supplied them with the equipment to do so. They offer free passenger Wi-Fi to over 2000 taxies, keeping you connected in and around London.
The deigns are underway and we can’t wait to start seeing them around. If you happen to stumble across one, make sure you take a selfie and share it to social media, remembering to tag us.
O2 Customer Satisfaction Text Message
Hopefully you received an email from us about O2 Customer Satisfaction text message that you might receive.
As part of the customer satisfaction programme, O2 run regular text surveys. These are randomly sent during your contract term, to monitor the network along with Active Digital’s service delivery performance. It’s really important for us to receive feedback from our customers – this way we can maintain and continuously improve our service, which we hope you already find excellent.
