In latest news, Virgin Media O2 and Daisy Group have announced a merger of their direct B2B operations to create a new company focused on business communications and IT. This new entity will combine Virgin Media O2 Business’s infrastructure and scale with Daisy’s user-friendly B2B products and services. There are no immediate changes for customers, and all support contacts remain the same. The merger is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected to take a few months.
