Active Digital wins two global awards in the Stevie® Awards 2019

Active Digital were the only company to be awarded Gold in their chosen category "Customer Service Success". This is the third-time Active Digital has scooped a prestigious global award after winning previously in both 2015 and 2017. They were also awarded Silver for “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries – Telecommunications”, making them a double award winner on the night!

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 77 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 61 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Consulting Practice of the Year;
