Actives Digital scoops both O2 Awards for 5 Years in a Row

The awards sees Active Digital once again taking the national stage for excelling in all areas of their key performance indicators and managing their customers to the highest standards. The awards are to recognise and reward partners who are providing  a globally recognised customer support aswell as having breath of mobile and digital expertise as a telecoms provider. Active Digital remains the only O2 partner in the UK to hold a globally recognised award for customer excellence, which we are incredibly proud of.

Active Digital will be collecting the awards from Jason Philips (Head of Partners, SMB, O2 UK) at an exclusive event in London later this month. Managing Director, Richard Groves commented “on behalf of the company, we would like to express that winning both Customer Excellence and Digital Excellence is a tremendous accolade to receive. Considering this is our fifth year of receiving these trophies, we are demonstrating how we are continuing to push boundaries in service excellence and helping our customers on their digital journey.
