Active Digital received a ‘Highly Commended’ award at the West Kent Business Excellence Awards 2010 for the category of Customer Care and Service category on 21st October 2010 at the Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells.
In addition, Active Digital was shortlisted to the final four organisations; for being one of the finalists who, in the opinion of the judges, stands out from the rest.

Active Digital has made the shortlist as a FINALIST in The National Customer Service Awards 2010. We are nominated in the B2B team category along with a number of high profile brands like Johnson & Johnson, Rackspace and RBS.
The National Customer Service Awards cover 22 categories and award companies who go the extra mile for their customers and set the standard for service in the UK.

Diamond Award for Customer Satisfaction
(Highest accreditation possible)
For the second year running, we have taken part in an independent customer satisfaction survey carried out by QMS Plc. Active Digital achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 95.56%. We received a score of 95.14% for staff performance and 96.79% for service and products, which is also considered to be exceptionally good. None of the customers questioned had previously had a complaint with Active Digital’s service and they stated that they would happily recommend Active Digital to others. |
