Diamond Award for Customer Satisfaction (Highest accreditation possible)
For the second year running, we have taken part in an independent customer satisfaction survey carried out by QMS Plc. Active Digital achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 95.56%. We received a score of 95.14% for staff performance and 96.79% for service and products, which is also considered to be exceptionally good. None of the customers questioned had previously had a complaint with Active Digital’s service and they stated that they would happily recommend Active Digital to others. |
